Cheap looking with uninspired direction and no real horror except for some of the performances, no suspense or chills except possibly the swarm of rats at the climax. This meant a whole new crop of rats had to be wrangled up for Ben. Of course since the life span of a rat is only two or three years that may have been necessary anyway.
